Why We Built YaliTrack

Every startup we have worked at had the same analytics stack: Google Analytics for traffic, Hotjar for heatmaps, Mixpanel for events, and some Slack bot cobbled together for alerts. Four tools, four dashboards, four bills totaling $400+/month.

And somehow, with all that tooling, nobody could answer the question: why did signups drop 30% last Tuesday?

The Problem Was Not Data. It Was Fragmentation.

Each tool saw a slice of the picture. Google Analytics knew the traffic numbers. Hotjar had the heatmaps. Mixpanel tracked the funnel. But none of them talked to each other. Correlating a traffic drop with a rage-click spike on the pricing page meant manually cross-referencing three dashboards.

We chose ClickHouse for the analytics backend because it handles billions of events without breaking a sweat. The SDK is 3KB gzipped and auto-captures everything without manual event tagging. Frustration detection runs client-side in real-time. The AI analyst uses your actual data, not generic advice.
