Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using YaliTrack ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

YaliTrack provides website analytics including event tracking, click heatmaps, frustration detection, AI-powered analysis, and related features. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must not share API keys publicly or in client-side code where they could be extracted. YaliTrack is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use YaliTrack to:

  • Track users without their knowledge where legally required to disclose
  • Collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) via custom events
  • Perform denial-of-service attacks against the API
  • Reverse-engineer or resell the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. YaliTrack processes data on your behalf as a Data Processor. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Pricing and Billing

Free tier accounts are free forever with no time limit. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Overage charges ($1 per 100,000 extra events) apply when you exceed your plan's event limit.

7. Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. Annual plans are prorated if cancelled mid-term.

8. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance will be announced via email. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages resulting from use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

YaliTrack's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
